• 10% VAT and 2% city taxes will be added to the above fees.
• These prices are for 1-night.
• Breakfast is included in hotel accomodation.
• Shuttle service is available between Grand Tarabya Hotel and Hilton Maslak Hotel and is free of charge.

Registration & accommodation fees can be paid only by credit card. Please fill up ONLINE REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION form and choose CREDIT CARD at the last step. Your registration and/or accommodation requests can only be confirmed before upon your application is received together with the necessary payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations received before or on 15 April 2024 will be refunded, excluding bank commission costs.
• For cancellations made after 15 April 2024 no refund is applicable.
• All of refunds will be paid after the congress.
